Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Vynorva collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. Vynorva is the trade name of the proprietorship of Makawana Dharmesh Kababhai, Surat, Gujarat, India.

Information we collect

• Name, business name, phone number, email address and postal address, when you contact us or place an order.
• Order and billing details required to raise a GST-compliant invoice and arrange dispatch.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, retained for order and dispute records.

Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries, share quotations and confirm orders.
• To process, invoice, pack and dispatch goods, and to arrange transport.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal record-keeping obligations in India.
• To send order updates and service messages. We send promotional messages only where you have opted in, and every such message includes a way to stop them.

WhatsApp and messaging

Where you contact us on WhatsApp or give us your number for order updates, we use it only to reply to you and to send messages about your orders. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to us at the email address above, and we will stop messaging you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with transporters and couriers to deliver your goods, with our accountant and tax authorities where the law requires it, and with payment or messaging service providers used to run the business.

Retention and security

Records are kept for as long as required under Indian tax and commercial law and then deleted. Access is limited to the proprietor and authorised staff.

Your choices

Write to info@vynorva.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw consent, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. We reply within 30 days.

Terms of business

• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST unless the quotation says it is inclusive.
• An order is confirmed only when Vynorva issues a written order confirmation or proforma invoice.
• Prices are quoted ex-Surat unless the quotation states a delivery basis. Transport and insurance are on the buyer's account unless agreed in writing.
• Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Goods remain the property of Vynorva until payment is received in full.
• Goods are supplied against the agreed specification. Approved samples take precedence over verbal descriptions.
• Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on mill and processing schedules.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

• Inspection window. Check the goods on receipt. Shortage, damage or a quality complaint must reach us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the invoice number.
• What we accept back. Goods that do not match the approved sample or the agreed specification, and goods damaged in transit. Cut, processed, dyed or made-up goods cannot be returned.
• Cancellation. An order can be cancelled without charge before it is put into production or dispatch. After that, actual costs incurred are recoverable.
• Refunds. Once a return is received and checked, the refund or credit note is issued within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank credit usually takes a further 3 to 5 working days.
